What about criminal records and drug tests?
We have great community agencies on hand that can work with youth with records. Many employers are willing to give youth a chance if they can show they are responsible and willing to work. Many – but not all – employers demand drug tests when you are hired. Please note that many drugs, including marijuana, can be tested in your system for 30 days.
