Department
Front of the House (FOH) employees must have a ready smile and a willingness to make a connection with each guest. Along with a professional and sharp appearance, they always possess a positive attitude and maintain composure during stressful times. They maintain a sales building personality and comprehensive understanding of all menu items, make suggestions regarding food, drink and service, and only deliver food that maintains our goal of Every Plate is Right, and Every Guest Leaves Happy”.
1. Greets the guest at the table promptly, offering a warm smile and asking about the guest’s time and occasion, and provides appropriate service for each occasion by asking specific questions throughout the dining experience.2. Suggestively sells the product feature first and suggests add-ons.
3. Suggests a second beverage before the entree arrives,
always asks before refilling unlimited beverages.
4. Writes the order down using pivot points, repeats the order (with
modifications) back to the guests, reviews the order again once entered into the POS.
5. Delivers the check and change promptly, saying a sincere “Thank You” when the guest is leaving and invites them to return for a specific occasion.
6. Maintains proper cleanliness, sanitation and safety standards at all times.
