We are currently looking for a summer intern to assist with product samples in our resource library. This is a part-time, paid internship over an eight-week period beginning in June and concluding in August 2015. You must be available for the duration of the program.
Responsibilities:
– Maintain and put away samples in the Resource Library.
– Monitor finish samples and reorder as depleted.
– Label incoming samples and put them away in corresponding area.
– Coordinate presentations, displays and pickups with vendors.
– Check in and maintain magazine subscriptions.
– Schedule vendor presentations, displays and updates.
– Maintain online vendor directory.
– Assist project teams with requests
Key Requirements
You must meet the following criteria to be considered:– Good computer skills
– Must be currently enrolled in an Architecture or Interior Design program
– Must be able to determine priorities, multi-task, and exhibit a high level of initiative and follow-through.
– Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff within the firm, clients and vendors.
