Key Requirements
Tasks
1. Prepares food products according to recipes and specifications using only fresh ingredients.
2. Ensures all entrees and sides are hot/sizzling by plating the sides last.
3. Cooks product to the proper doneness and confirms correct temperature with a thermocouple.
4. Prepares meals as ordered (including modifications).
5. Follows all sanitation guidelines, utilizes safety guidelines and equipment while demonstrating “clean as you go” techniques.
