Front of the House (FOH) employees must have a ready smile and a willingness to make a connection with each guest. Along with a professional and sharp appearance, they always possess a positive attitude and maintain composure during stressful times. They maintain a sales building personality and comprehensive understanding of all menu items, make suggestions regarding food, drink and service, and only deliver food that maintains our goal of Every Plate is Right, and Every Guest Leaves Happy”.

Key Requirements
1. Scans the windows for approaching guests, opening the door and acknowledging the guest immediately with a warm, friendly welcome.2. Anticipates the next guest seating and continuously rotates guest placement throughout all sections.3.Conducts a prompt table turn, flags tables, sorts items at the GU, wipes down table areas.4. Opens the front door and says a sincere “Thank You” when the guest is leaving and invites them to return.
